RABQSA-IT ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Information Technology Service Management (1 Day)
Purpose
The information presented in this one day course forms the basis for a systematic and integrated approach to IT Service Management. It also enables participants to gain an understanding of the requirements of all the elements in ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011.
The course examines the benefits of implementing an IT Service Management System and the compatibility of IT Services and quality management systems.
The program explains the significant features of an ITSMS and the terminology and methodology used in the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Standard.

This course is designed for participants with knowledge or understanding of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011
It is suitable for
• Auditors and Lead Auditors who are required to conduct internal/external ITSMS audits.
• people who are responsible for conducting any IT service management audit.
What will be achieved?
Upon successful completion of this course participants should be able to:
• Understand Service Delivery and Service Operations processes
• Understand IT Service Management standards;
• Identify situations within their own organisations that are non-compliant with the IT Service Management standards;
• Identify processes within their own organisations that must be controlled or improved.
