15 June 2011
“ISC is pleased to announce its latest achievement. During May, 2011, RABQSA certifed ISC's new training course which has been specifically designed to cover ISO 22000, the international Food Safety Management System.
In announcing ISC's latest award (adding to it's ever growing list of approvals) Ms Shalini Sud, ISC's Global Training Manager commented that "This course is specifically designed for those participants with a knowledge or understanding of ISO 22000:2005 and food safety".
The latest ISC course is suitable for Auditors and Lead Auditors who are required to conduct internal/external FSMS audits and for people who are responsible for food safety in the workplace.
Ms Sud continued that “Our new food safety course is relevant to attendees from all functions in the food related sector including those from the whole food supply chain including the hospitality industry, raw and semi-manufactured foodstuffs and final products in all the principal food segments”.
Upon completion of this course, RABQSA-FS certificate enables successful candidates to apply to RABQSA International for certification as a provisional auditor when combined with competencies gained from attending additional auditor training modules RABQSA-AU and RABQSA-TL.
