Purpose
The information presented in this one day course forms the basis for a systematic approach to understand the requirements of CSSQH.
The course examines the benefits of implementing Quality Assurance system for CSSQH and the compatibility of CSSQH and quality management systems.

This course is designed for participants with limited knowledge or understanding of CSSQH standards. It is suitable for
• hospital staff are required to comply with CSSQH standards.
• persons who are responsible for developing and implementing quality management  systems based on CSSQH Standards
