CCK City Network Inc. (CCNI) have become the first company to be certified by International Standards Certifications (ISC) in the Philippines following the soft launch locally of the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or ISO 27001 certification service a short while ago.

The ISC audit team included one international auditor and one local auditor covering the activities of CCNI's local data encoding facility. Both the auditors had extensive experience in   information security which allowed the certification audit to progress smoothly.

ISC's chairman, Tony Wilde, said that he was delighted that CCNI had chosen ISC for the certification of its ISMS and that together they had achieved a milestone for both organisations. He continued that information security is so important in this day and age, especially with business and private users having an increased IT use. Data theft, ID theft and hacking of systems puts us all at risk but CCNI had taken the steps deemed necessary to protect the data entrusted to them for safe keeping and management.

CCNI employs over 300 employees who are trained in house and are equipped with over 150 workstations to render the necessary data entry and medical transcription services for its valued clients. The company operates a round the clock shift for 365 days a year and are overseen by two resident Japanese managers to ensure accurate and efficient services due to their clients.

CCNI's Management Representative, Ms. Alpha Lee Sarabia, thanked ISC for its professional service and continued that companies who commission ISC and CCNI can look forward to professional and helpful support as far as aiding them to be more successful entities.
